Are you a race team looking to sell parts, safety equipment, or even a full car?  Are you a business that sells a product or service to the motorsports industry?  Are you a race track looking to promote your upcoming 2024 season?  If so, we want you at the 4th Annual Ohio Valley Motorsports Show!

Heavily Promoted Show
We are investing heavily in promoting the 4th Annual Ohio Valley Motorsports Show in order to ensure strong attendance.  We are running a paid, targeted, Facebook advertising campaign that will run until the day of the show as well as a Google AdWords campaign.  Both of these campaigns are targeted to reach racers and those involved in the industry in the Ohio Valley region.  We will also be running several other Facebook promotions, will blast the local region with flyers, and work with area news media.

Shows in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 were heavily attended.  You can view pictures of the attendance on our Facebook page.

Excellent Facility
The show will take place at the Boyd County Convention & Arts Center, a prominent location in the Ashland, KY region that hosts concerts, trade shows, boxing events, MMA events, and large corporate events throughout the year.  The facility features great parking, around 10,000 square feet of heated, indoor space, spacious area for outdoor vendors, and easy access off of Interstate 64.  The cities of Huntington, WV, Grayson, KY, Portsmouth, OH, Paintsville, KY, Charleston, WV, Jackson, OH, Chillicothe, OH, Lexington, KY, Parkersburg, WV, Cincinnati, OH, and Columbus, OH are all LESS than 2.5 hours from the facility.

What You Receive
Below is what all you receive with each spot that you purchase:

  • 10 x 10 space with one table for indoor vendors (you can request 2 tables and if we have enough we will make sure you get 2).  Parking space in outside vendor lot for outdoor vendors.
  • 1 general admission tickets for each vendor per spot purchased.
  • Profile on the Ohio Valley Motorsports Show website.
  • Dedicated Facebook post advertising your race team, business, or track.

Pricing
Indoor Spot: $40 (it will be $35 to renew for last year’s vendors)
Outdoor Spot: $20

Rules/Procedures
Setup times for the show will be announced for  Friday evening, January 12th.  Setup times on Saturday, January 13th will be from 6:30 am-8:30 am.

All parts MUST be clean and in sellable condition.  No cans/barrels/jugs of fuel, oil, or any hazardous material are allowed on the premises.

The show will close at 3:00 pm.  All vendors must stay until the close of the show at 3:00 pm before they begin moving out.  All vendors must be moved out of the premises by 4:00 pm on Saturday, January 13th.

Registration Process
Fill out the form below to register.  After we receive your registration request, we will email a PayPal Invoice to the email address provided.  You can pay the invoice via credit/debit card or PayPal.  All spots must be pre-paid.  All invoices must be paid no later than 7 days after they are sent out or you lose your spot.
